At Elm Therapy & Wellness, growth has always been about one thing: making thoughtful, high-quality mental health care accessible to our community. Over the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of life experiences and challenges.

As our practice continues to grow, we’re excited to share that Elm Therapy & Wellness is opening a second location in North Bethesda.

A New Office Inside a Medical Practice

Our new office will be located within the suite of North Bethesda Primary Care, led by Adam Possner.

While we will be working out of an office within their space, Elm Therapy & Wellness remains a fully independent therapy practice. Clients who work with Elm will continue to schedule appointments, complete paperwork, and arrange payment directly through Elm, just as they always have.

What this new location provides is convenience and proximity — another welcoming place where our therapists can meet with clients in the North Bethesda area.

Supporting Whole-Person Health

Mental health is deeply connected to overall well-being. Being located within a medical office environment reflects a growing recognition that emotional and physical health often intersect.

Our hope is that this co-location makes it easier for individuals who are already thinking about their health to also consider the benefits of therapy. At the same time, our therapists will continue to serve clients from across the community, whether they are connected to the medical practice or not.
